The projects included in this group, are organized following temporal events. In some cases, like in the Phenomenological House project or in the Delémont Project awarded at Europan 9, the physical spatial structure is defined, but it is not protagonist, and it is the final sequence that gives the measurement of time, the one defining the phenomenological experience. Action and movement define this final sequence, under a certain choreography. So movement in space it is not utilitarian but it is a situation builder. In other cases, events along time- related to the solar cycle for example- are agents of design. We can observe this in the awarded project at UIA Celebration of Cities, the “Canal del Guadalmellato” Park, but also in the collection of situated events developed within the Sunset Expander installation awarded by the Norwegian Embassy with an EEA Grant.
