During 2025 we also launched the research project SHE (Specific Housing Solutions). SHE is framed within contemporary challenges related to access to housing, inclusive design, and urban ecology. The project seeks to develop models that help us rethink the ways we inhabit, build, and foster our everyday environments, taking into account the diversity of bodies and sociopolitical situations. SHE is directed by Mauro Gil‑Fournier, and the team is composed of Fernando Nieto (Tampere University), Fernando Sabín (Grupo Tangente), and María Auxiliadora Gálvez (ETSAM).
